Our Process:
Upon request, we will provide a quotation within 2 working days. After being appointed andreceipt of the CBC Appointment Form, The Initial Notice will be issued in two working days.
Our target is to issue only when formally requested to do so, a Plan Check Review within 21 working days, often however, we significantly better this and issue a Plan Check Review within 7 working days of the Initial Notice submission but only if we have sufficient information at the time to do so, our Administration Department will chase information periodically from clients and their agents to expedite this review. We will also upon receipt of fire strategy plans and reports, issue within 7 days a formal Fire Authority consultation on all uses designated under the Regulatory Reform Order 2005. It is important that the fire strategy plans and reports are submitted to CBC in advance of site commencement to avoid abortive time and costs that could occur on site for this failure to engage in early consultation.
Following receipt of all necessary completion information after a completion/final inspection to include submitting commissioning certificates, compliance declarations, clearance of all outstanding issues raised on previous site inspections, statements and only after undertaking our internal checks and balances by a Supervising Registered Building Inspector and/or Technical Manager, we will aim to issue a Final Certificate within 2 working days.
