SITE INSPECTIONS

With regards to the recent measures introduced by government, we will be following the government advice and we will only attend site if the following conditions are met:

–         The social distance 2m rule is adhered to at all times

–       There is unrestricted access from our vehicles to the area of inspection, for all properties please ensure all doors are left open where we need to pass through.

–       Our surveyor will contact all arranged inspections before attending site to ensure the above necessary provisions are in place.

–       Please note we will not be conducting inspections on those properties where we have been made aware any of the occupiers have been defined as vulnerable/extremely vulnerable as per the guidance issued by government.
